研究领域:

本人的研究兴趣为影响个体与组织安全绩效的因素,具体包括:(1) 探讨在组织场所中,尤其是民航、核电、石油等高风险领域,影响安全绩效的个体与情境因素,通过访谈、问卷、实验等方法探索相关影响因素及其影响机制;(2) 探讨影响道路使用者交通不安全行为的因素,以行人和机动车驾驶员为研究对象,通过情境模拟实验、实验室实验等方法,探索相关因素的影响机制及干预对策建议。
