Resume:

I am an associate professor at the Institute of Psychology, Chinese Academy of Sciences since 2009. I worked as a postdoc researcher at IPCAS (2006-2009) after I got my PhD in Sports Psychology at Beijing Sports University (2002-2005) and M.S degree in Sports Psychology at Xi'An Institute of Physical Education (1998-2001). From 2001 to 2009, I also had joined the teaching faculty of sports psychology at Ningbo University. My interest is on motor behavior and brain health (including physical exercise and motor training). I joined LFCD in Feb, 2012 to explore the effect of motor behavior on brain plasticity.

Research Interests:
Physical exercise and brain development/ageing across lifespan; the application of mind-body practice in mental health promotion; sports training and brain plasticity
